Carpenter is developing the 250 room EDITION hotel in Reykjavik, Iceland- to be Iceland’s first 5-star hotel. The Reykjavik EDITION is located on the waterfront adjacent to the award-winning Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre. The hotel will anchor a larger mixed-use development which will include office, residential and retail uses. The hotel is being designed by T.ark, with interiors by Roman and Williams of New York. The hotel will feature a restaurant, spa, meeting space and several bars and lounges, including a rooftop terrace. EDITION is a Marriott luxury brand.
