David joined Carpenter & Company serving as the Executive Director of Sales for the new Four Seasons Private Residences New Orleans in 2017 and is responsible for managing all on-site sales activities forNew Orleans’ premier luxury residential tower.

David is an industry-leading sales and marketing expert, specializing in ultra-luxury branded hotel and real estate developments. Over the last eleven years, David has sold over half of a billion dollars of real estate at the most successful projects in the Caribbean, including the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman and Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. David was most recently part of the Dart Real Estate organization where he led multiple sales teams, oversaw sales of various branded residences, raw land subdivisions, new real estate developments and operated a Christie’s International Real Estate Brokerage.

David received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University in 2005.
