Eoin Fitzgerald, Director of Project Finance, Carpenter and Company. Mr. Fitzgerald joined Carpenter in 2015 and is focused primarily on finance and accounting matters pertaining to the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, One Dalton Street, Boston.

Prior to joining Carpenter, Mr. Fitzgerald spent 14 years with The Abbey Group where he held the position of Treasurer and Controller. He was responsible for overseeing financial reporting, property accounting and development for a diverse portfolio of office, retail and multi-family properties. Earlier in his career Mr. Fitzgerald held positions of Chief Financial Officer and Controller in The Hastings Companies, Graystone Mortgage Corporation and Geraghty Associates Inc.

Mr. Fitzgerald received a B.B.S degree from Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland and holds a M.B.A. from Babson College.
