Mr. Kuhlmann joined Carpenter in 2014. He serves in project management roles for the Reykjavik EDITION hotel and the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans. Additionally, he is responsible for the identification and evaluation of new development opportunities.

Prior to beginning his career in real estate, he served as a U.S. Army aviation officer. In addition to duties as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot, he served in a variety of leadership roles. Mr. Kuhlmann is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he received a B.S. in International Relations, and Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
