Senam Kumahia joined Carpenter & Company as a project manager for the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans in 2017. Prior to Carpenter and Company, Senam was a Senior Consultant at KAGE Growth Strategies, a consulting firm focused on developing diversity and inclusion strategies for large real estate development projects. There he worked on a number of large hotel and mixed-use projects throughout Boston. Prior to KAGE, he was an associate at JLL Boston where he focused on business development and investment opportunities in the New England region.
Senam is from Boston and has extensive involvement in the city. He is former Chairman of the Boston Renaissance Charter Public School, a Board Member at the Greater Boston YMCA Huntington Avenue, and Board Member at Artists for Humanity. Senam was named to Boston Business Journal’s 2016 40 under 40 list, and in 2015 he was selected to be a member of Mayor Walsh’s ONEin3 Council. He was also selected to be part of the 2015 class of the executive leadership program, LeadBoston.
Senam received a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College.
